The importance of prayer and it's virtues

     The importance of prayer (namaz).         الحمدلله رب العالمين حمدالشاكرين و افضل الصلوة واكمل السلام علي سيد المرسلين خاتم النبين اما بعد فقد قال الله تعال في القرآن المجيد و في الفرقان الحميد .اقيموا الصلوة واتوا الزكوة والركعوا مع الراكعين             in the name of Allah the most beneficient the most merciful. All praises are indeed due to the almighty Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala , he is the one who has created this beautiful world. He is the one who has made this awesome universe. he is the one who has created all the human beings. he is the one who has made the majestic mountain ranges, the thundering waterfalls and the giant forest trees, as also the nimble deer, the colorful peacock and the exquisite flowers and filled his all creations with beauty charm and slendour. After praising Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, we send blessings  upon our beloved prophet (peace be upon him) his households, his companions and his followers. Amma ba'ad. Today, the topic that I am going to deliver speech on, is about what is the importance of the prayer and what is it's virtue. The beautiful verse of holy Qur'an that I recited at the beginning , tells us how much important the prayer is . Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says in holy Qur'an: keep the prayer established and pay the zakath and bow down with whom who bow down. My dear audience! Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has given us mind to think about what is wrong and what is right. He has given us hands to catch whatever we want. He has given us legs to walk on the face of the Earth. He has given us eyes to see this beautiful world. He has given us mouth to eat. He has given us nose to breathe. He has given us a beautiful body. He has given us beautiful look. That is why he is supposed to be worshipped. We must do worship of him. We must obey his orders. My dear brothers and sisters ! Our beloved prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam says in a blessed Hadith: ان الصلوة مفتاح الجنة.وقال في مقام آخر: الصلوة عماد الدين فمن اقامها اقام الدين و من تركها اضاع الدين. Indeed the prayer is key to open the door of paradise. Indeed the prayer is pillar of the Deen ( Islam) in these beautiful above-mentioned Hadith's, our beloved prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam mentioned the virtues of the prayer and asked us to perform it. And in another Hadith, our beloved prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam says: when a servent of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala stands up for performing the prayer, his sins are eliminated and the hijabs between Allah and him, are removed and the horns of paradise (hoor) welcome him . My dear audience! The prayer eliminates our sins. As the prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam says: when a servent of Allah performs the prayer of zuhar, his sins between fajr and zuhar, are eliminated and when he performs the prayer of asr, his sins between zuhar and asr, are eliminated and when he performs the prayer of maghrib, his sins between asr and maghrib, are eliminated and when he performs the prayer of Isha, his sins between maghrib and Isha, are eliminated and when he performs the prayer of fajr, his sins between Isha and fajr, are eliminated. These are the goodness which eliminate the evils. My dear brothers and sisters ! The prayer saves us from hellfire. As our beloved prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam says in a blessed Hadith: لن يلج النار أحد صلي قبل طلوع الشمس و قبل غروبها يعني الفجر والعصر رواه مسلم.  In this beautiful Hadith, it was mentioned that the one who performed the prayer of asr and fajr, will not at all enter the hell. My dear brothers and sisters ! Let's make a promise to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala that we will perform the prayer from today and we will start doing good deeds and we will avoid the sins . So that we can fullfil the purpose of us being sent to this beautiful world. وما علينا الا البلاغ المبين.استغفر الله ربي من كل ذنب و اتوب إليه وما توفي الا بالله العلي العظيم.
